WE ARE - DEBRA KURTZ
A proven “revenue maven” who helps healthcare organizations
design and execute marketing and sales strategies, Debra has 20+
years in growing revenues through business development, marketing,
sales force performance management and strategic planning.
She has provided thought leadership for small-to-medium sized
companies and leading names such as Abbott, Hewlett-Packard,
Roche, Hollister, Stericycle, The Bradford Exchange, Cancer Treatment
Centers of America, and NICOR. Debra is recognized
for building financial performance, innovative products and services,
and dominant market share. Debra has led sales and
marketing teams to grown revenues and profits for Medela, the leading
breastpump manufacturer over 600% to 80%+ market share. And she led the marketing,
clinical and PR efforts that contributed to the company’s
acquisition for $100+ million.
Debra has authored articles on business development in national
publications and is a frequent speaker on strategy, marketing and
sales topics. She has a BA from Wheaton College,
as well as a BS in Systems Engineering and an MBA from Washington
University, with continuing education at Northwestern
University Kellogg School of Management.
Debra and her husband enjoy travel (13 countries last year), food
(frequent contributor to Zagat.com), and film. An avid scuba diver,
Debra’s last dive was in the Baltimore Aquarium.
