WHO WE ARE - WAYNE CERULLO

Wayne has helped shape the global marketing and communications of three leaders of the technology revolution – IBM, Microsoft, and Intel – by leading worldwide account planning for these clients at McCann-Erickson, Ogilvy & Mather, and Euro RSCG. His global perspective comes in part from working in Paris for three years as well as on global assignments.

Wayne formed InSighting Ideas to help client companies better understand their customers and to facilitate their aligning internally them to better meet those needs. He has led engagements with Visa, Microsoft, Intel, Broadcom, AT&T, Avery Dennison, Deluxe Checks, and their marketing partners. Wayne consulted with Microsoft for two years on aligning their products with the needs of doctors, nurses, IT professionals, and administrators.

In addition, he held strategic planning and research positions on the client side at Citibank and E.F. Hutton. He managed research at Young & Rubicam and Arnold/McGrath, gaining classic packaged goods experience from working with clients such as Kraft/General Foods, Nestle, and Frito-Lay.

Wayne has an MBA from New York University and a BA from Princeton University in the (oxymoronic) history of modernization. He lives in the San Francisco area with his wife and two children. He loves the challenge of figuring things out, but he is still figuring out how he can make a living cycling around the countryside.
